Miyawaka-shi administrative and financial reform general rules

  • These general rules were devised based on the deliberation, contents which had you report in Miyawaka-shi administrative and financial reform promotion Committee in 2006 when former Miyada-cho and former Wakamiyacho were merged, and Miyawaka-shi was born.

From the first concentration reform plan (administrative and financial reform execution plan) 2006 to 2010

We classified promotion items of administrative and financial reform and arranged and made "Miyawaka-shi administrative and financial reform execution plan" (intensive reform plan) which showed progress clearly in each effective time and numerical target, aim enforcement year in five years from 2006 to 2010.
 

 

From the second concentration reform plan (administrative and financial reform execution plan) 2011 to 2015

  • Administrative and financial reform which we pushed through approach for 5 years from 2006. We were able to achieve financial effect of 4,886,710,000 yen more than aim by "the first concentration reform plan".

    However, we devised "Miyawaka-shi administrative and financial reform execution plan" (the second concentration reform plan) in August, 2011 because it was necessary to continue this approach in future to find healthy financial administration to become the basics of municipal administration administration, and to plan efficiency of administration administration. In this way, for five years until 2015, we carry out administrative and financial reform sequentially.

From the third concentration reform plan (administrative and financial reform execution plan) 2016 to 2020

  • Based on "Miyawaka-shi administrative and financial reform general rules" that we devised as basic policy of administrative and financial reform of Motoichi in 2006, we were able to give financial effect more than aim with it was "the first, the second concentration reform plan" that raised concrete approach to contribute to administrative and financial reform every five years.

    However, we devised "Miyawaka-shi administrative and financial reform execution plan" (the third concentration reform plan) in August, 2016 because approach that we continued in future was necessary to find healthy financial administration to become the basics of municipal administration administration, and to plan efficiency of administration administration. During plan period, we carry out administrative and financial reform with the goal of financial effect of 1.716 billion yen positively sequentially in five years from 2016 to 2020.

About public announcements such as the approach situation of local administration service reform

  • It is demanded that local public entity copes with progress of population decline, aging, change of social economic situation including diversification of task which the administration carries out on it's own responsibility still more appropriately. Under the severe financial status through country, district, effective by sequentially high quality public service; promotion of further duties reform is necessary to provide effectively.
