▽Land = less than 330 square meters (part more than these areas excludes)
▽House = floor space more than 50 square meters less than 280 square meters, condominium more than 40 square meters less than 280 square meters (when exceed 280 square meters, all houses are excluded)
● When we acquire and register house by December 31, 2024 from January 2, 2008 during target period
● We issue based on application of person targeted for grant method every year
● Grant period seven years
● Grant amount of money property tax equivalency sum (up to 150,000 yen a year)
